At Elliol Maldives, we understand that travel plans may change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or modify your bookings. This Booking Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds for bookings made through our website or services. Please read this policy carefully before making any bookings.

Cancellation Requests
a. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through the cancellation request form available on our website. Please provide your booking details, including the reservation number, name, and travel dates, to facilitate the cancellation process.
b. Cancellation requests are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.) involved in your booking. Elliol Maldives will communicate and facilitate the cancellation on your behalf.

Cancellation Fees and Refunds
a. Each service provider may have its own cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you during the booking process. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.
b. Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be determined by the service provider and specified in their cancellation policy. Elliol Maldives will communicate these fees to you upon receiving your cancellation request.
c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the service provider’s cancellation policy. Elliol Maldives will facilitate the refund process, but we are not responsible for any delays or discrepancies caused by the service provider or financial institutions.
d. Any refundable amounts will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise specified by the service provider. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the service provider and financial institutions involved.

No-Shows and Unused Services
a. Failure to check-in or utilize a booked service (hotel, transfer, activity, etc.) without prior notice will be considered a “no-show” or “unused service.”
b. No-shows and unused services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service provider’s cancellation policy. Elliol Maldives will inform you about the applicable terms and conditions related to no-shows or unused services.

Modifications and Amendments
a. If you need to modify or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via email at [email protected] or through the modification request form on our website.
b. Modifications are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the service provider. Additional charges or fees may apply based on the service provider’s policy.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.) that necessitate cancellations or modifications, Elliol Maldives will work with the service providers to find the best possible solution. However, we cannot guarantee full refunds or waive cancellation fees in such situations, as they are beyond our control.

Exceptions
Certain bookings or promotional offers may have specific cancellation policies or non-refundable terms. These exceptions will be clearly communicated during the booking process, and you will be required to agree to the specific terms before proceeding with the reservation.
